Privacy Policy & Subscriber Agreement of Disney+

Zain customers in Kuwait, on select plans, are now able to access Disney+, providing access to the best of Disney’s streaming content including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Star and more.

Customers on the following plans can access Disney+ for the duration set out in these terms and conditions:

1. Existing Postpaid Mobile Plans – 3 months on us for plans priced KD 10 and above (voice plans), thereafter you can subscribe to Disney+ at the monthly subscription fee* applicable at that time [currently KD 3.7/month].
2. Home Fixed Wireless Plans - 3 months on us for plans priced KD 8 and above, thereafter you can subscribe to Disney+ at the monthly subscription fee* applicable at that time [currently KD 3.7/month].
3. New MAX Home Fixed Wireless Plans - Complementary access to Disney+ for the duration of your contract on select MAX Home fixed wireless plans priced KD 12 and above provided that your bill payments are up to date.
4. Standalone promotional periods can end or extend upon Zain’s discretion, which may be offered to select customers across various select plans.
5. Upon expiration of all promotional periods of the Disney+ subscription on existing mobile postpaid and home fixed wireless plans you received from us; you will automatically continue enjoying Disney+ by paying the monthly subscription fee* applicable at that time [currently KD 3.7] unless you manually opt out.
6. If you are a Zain user who is not eligible for any of the Disney+ promotional or complementary Zain offers and/or bundles, you can still enjoy Disney+ by subscribing to Disney+ and paying a monthly subscription fee* applicable at that time [currently KD 3.7/month].
7. If you are not an existing Disney+ subscriber, your Disney+ promotional offer will automatically start when you opt in and complete your registration.
8. You must provide us with a mobile number to create your Disney+ account and activate your subscription. This mobile number will be your unique user ID.
9. This mobile number must not have been previously used to register for a Disney+ subscription. If you are an existing Disney+ subscriber, then you will not automatically benefit from our Zain offer.
10. If you are an existing subscriber to Disney+ and you wish to access one of the Zain offers, you will first need to cancel any existing Disney+ subscription in accordance with the terms of your subscription agreement and then complete this registration. You agree to share the mobile number you enter here to create your Disney+ subscription with Disney+.
11. Prices are subject to change for direct subscription outside of bundled offers on us.
12. As per the Apple Store policy, if a user decides to permanently delete their Disney+ account through the App, they will lose the remaining time of their subscription and will not be able to subscribe again or create a new profile except after the duration of 180 days.
